The firm was founded in February, 2009, by Sara Partridge and Brian Beadle. In addition, Land Interactive is a certified Womens Business Enterprise with projects throughout the state of Texas.

Our in house LEED accredited expertise provides counsel for clients seeking LEED certification and have completed nearly 30 LEED certified projects. In addition, we are committed to applying the Voluntary National Guidelines and Performance Benchmarks of the Sustainable Sites Initiative (SITES) to all projects.
